Talk to them about Hospitality has no real social boundaries, from dealing with the rich & famous to dealing with your family & friends.
3. Your ability to network and share work experiences.
It is important to ensure that all participants understand the role of Networking with other businesses and people that can help make life easier at the same time as help grow their business.
4. Growing industry with so much scope.
Outline the Job opportunities and variety that exists within an industry that is growing at a rapid rate.
5. The need to develop good interpersonal skills.
Talk about putting yourself in other peoples shoes, learn to understand why people react a certain way, and to make decisions once all factors have been considered.
6. The need to work outside the circle.
This industry thrives on creative people we need people that are prepared to work outside their comfort zone, to take calculated risks and not to be afraid to try again because of one failure.
