This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that’s using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Inventory Innovations team reporting to Senior Manager, Inventory Innovations, you will support projects including our Commercial User Interface designed to improve user efficiencies and ease.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Support requirements, development and direction for the Commercial User Interface project calls, providing direction, insight and assistance when appropriate
Support with documenting, managing and building a backlog of requirements through extensive research gathering and collaboration with business and product stakeholders
Analyze and understand the functional purpose, integrations, hardware, software of the supported inventory and revenue management capabilities to ultimately solve problems and communicate effectively during the product outcome
How you will collaborate with others:
Review design examples with the digital design team to provide feedback essential to efficient and effective User Interface development
Create, discuss, and manage design, development, and research tickets with the product and engineering teams to drive deliverables
Interact with and coordinate across Inventory workstreams to steward program needs as part of the Commercial User Interface development and delivery
What projects you will take ownership of:
Lead ownership of daily status of Commercial User Interface tickets, allowing for timely and reliable action on progress and concerns or issues to be resolved with the Senior Manager
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Four (4) years of professional experience
Three (3) years of work experience in hospitality/travel, information systems, Product Management, Revenue Management or Technology delivery.
You are acquainted with JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft Teams and/or Figma/Mural.
Travel up to 10%.
It would be useful if you have:
Prior experience with User Interface development
Worked within an Agile project environment
Three (3) years of Revenue Management and/or hospitality/travel related experience
