In this role, you will assist the Director of Spa in overseeing operations of the spa and fitness center managing a team of 45-50 team members.
The ideal candidate will have spa management experience, excellent communication skills and a talent for leading and developing others.

What will I be doing?
As a Spa Manager, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing the marketing, programs and operation of the =Fitness Center / Spa / Salon in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
Covering the front desk when needed.
Handling guests complaints.
Manage all financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
