Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our Workplace Operations team. We are looking for someone to passionately partner with all Twilions, to create a unique, values driven workplace experience, that is safe, fun, creative, and authentic. 2 years of experience in customer service/hospitality position

Top-notch interpersonal skills; able to get along with any type of person.

Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills

Proficient in Apple/Mac environment

Strong ability to multi-task and remain at ease in chaotic situations; can roll with the punches and keep a smile on your face

Incredibly meticulous and well organized

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Hourly Range: $18.80 - $25.85

Rest of Colorado:

Hourly Range: $16.45- $22.62

Non Sales:

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
