Profile

Supports the Director and manages daily golf operations, including registration (tee sheets), events and tournaments, marketing initiatives, merchandising, equipment maintenance and rentals, player/outside services, golf-related food and beverage and golf instruction. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Assists in managing the financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and inventory control.

Assists in supervising the Golf shop and Food & Beverage operations.

Prepare and conduct all tournaments. Communicate upcoming events and inform of all procedure changes.

Create and operate business according to budget. Maintains and oversees payroll records.

Maximize and manage tee sheet. Responsible for accurate close out of register and tee time systems.

Handle customer complaints and concerns.
