Front Desk Administrative Support

is r

esponsible for handling the front desk reception and administration duties.  These duties include greeting guests and employees, answering and directing phone calls, and other office-related tasks

What you’ll do

Greet all employees as they enter and exit the building.

Greet visitors and guide them through the check-in system as well as communicate with the host regarding guest arrival.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.

Provide support to various departments, including providing backup to the mail room and assisting with events.

Order and prepare employee gifts and awards.

Coordinate the delivery of incoming mail and packages to respective departments and individuals.

Process the weekly check run and mail invoice checks.

All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

High School Diploma or equivalent

Microsoft Office programs and Outlook

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email etiquette

Demonstrated ability to find and utilize resources, problem-solving skills

Ability to work autonomously, self-starter

Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently

Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
