The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on the organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

Responsibilities

Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

The Greeter / Concierge welcomes patients to the center in a warm and friendly manner, will take patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provides assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. The Greeter performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks.

Required Qualifications

Customer service experience

Must be Bilingual English (read, write & speak) and Spanish (speak).

Friendly and helpful demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Interview Format

If you are selected for a first round interview, you will receive an email correspondence inviting you to participate in a Modern Hire interview. In this interview, you will receive a set of interview questions over your phone and you will provide recorded or text message responses to each question. You should anticipate this interview to take about 15 minutes. Your recorded interview will be reviewed, and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

Additional Information :

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
