The Embassy Suites Milpitas Sillicon Valley is looking for a part time/overnight Night Auditor to join their front office team!

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage

Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transactionlists.

Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train new teammembers.

Assist as needed with guest delivery to include linens/towels, amenities, etc.

Provide a warm and welcoming front desk experience to our late-night arrivals.

Must be able to work the overnight shift of 11PM -7AM

What are we looking for?

At least 1 year Night Audit experience.

Must be able to work the overnight shift of 11PM - 7AM.

Be a self-starter and be able to work independently.

Must have great can-do attitude.
