We aim to create a financially sustainable and professional service which currently includes Early Years Education and Care, Retail Catering, Hospitality and Events. We are looking to recruit an individual to the Chef de Partie role to join our friendly team working in a stable environment based in The Toast Office in the Emdeck Building. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in cooking and working in a kitchen to join the team and create inspiring menus. We seek to use local, fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce in all of our dishes and the successful candidate must have a passion and drive to produce menus in line with modem food trends. You will have experience of working in a variety of different styles of catering units, have a customer-focussed mind-set and strive to deliver on and exceed students, staff and visitor’s expectations. A flexible approach to hours and work is essential, as is adaptability and the ability to work on different menus and concepts, whilst maintaining high standards and all times.
