The primary responsibility of the Conference Services Manager is to coordinate and manage group bookings generated by the Sales Managers. This role has responsibility for the execution of events with group rooms and catering events. Create a seamless turnover from the Sales department to the operations team by coordinating room blocks, guest arrivals, BEOs, floor plans, menu planning and client expectations.
