Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 millionrenovation.This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets
(including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking and issuing foodproducts looking for best product at the best price.This position will will work with the culinary management team in determining storeroom replacement stock needs to maintain par levels. Responsibilities may include but not limited too:
Inventory food dry storage and vegetable coolers; place orders to established pars based onbusiness levels. Place orders for other food products as requested by chefs for multiple outlets
Create POs for all food products in Birchstreet and/or Excel
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the receiving, stocking and issuing of product. Ensure food product is rotated
Maintain all vendor bids and price accuracy.
Assist with the daily functions of the storeroom, utilizing proper product and work environment maintenance.
Perform other purchasing duties at management's direction
