nJob DescriptionnAs a Maintenance Engineer, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standardsnnPerform repair and refinishing task (to include, but not limited to the following)nPainting WallpaperingnProficient in ceiling and wall textures and finishes StucconStaining VarnishingnRefinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structuresnVisually inspect and diagnose finish failure problems to ensure quality appearance of guestrooms, public space and back of house facilitiesnMaintain inventory of paint and paint supplies. Maintains a clean, neat shop work area, sweeping and cleaning as necessary. Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools. Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by the leadership team.
