As a Suite Attendant you are responsible for the detailed, thorough cleanliness and overall appearance of the guest rooms and completion of daily projects. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Greets guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgment
• Cleans all assigned suites in compliance with the hotel standards of quality and productivity
• Uses cleaning products and equipment to set standards
• Inspect all assigned rooms for pests
• Completes all assigned projects
• Complete general cleaning and VIP room cleaning as assigned
• Reports all maintenance issues, damaged or missing property
• Maintains a clean and organized cart and work area
• Cleans and returns equipment to assigned storage area
• Adheres to recycling program
• Notifies the Manager when leaving work area
• Report lost & found items
• Responsible for cleaning/re-cleaning early outs/transfer suites
• Report any suspicious activity
• Ensures that radio and telephone etiquette is followed
• Promptly returns all loss and found items
• Follows key control policy
• Displays a professional image at all times through appearance, dress and conduct and follows uniform standards
• Maintains and adheres to our company values
• Upholds and follows company's policies and procedures
• Follows all safety standards such as Hazardous Communications, Blood borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Proper Lifting Techniques, and Housekeeping Safety
• Other duties as assigned by management
You must be available during the weekends and holidays
You must be a team player
You must have experience in housekeeping or similar establishment
Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach for an extended period of time
