Summary of Position:The Dishwasher is responsible for washing the dishes and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. Also, to assist the chefs in any project that needs to be completed,Essential Functions:nWash dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, and small wares to health department standards.nClean overall kitchen, walls, floors, and stainless steel.nMaintain staff restrooms.nStock and organize plates, small wares, etc.nOther supportive functions as determined by the Chef(s). nQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: N/A Certificates or Licenses: Maricopa County Food Service Worker card.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:nBasic sanitation skills.nKnowledge of dishwashing procedures and standards set by the health department.nPersonal Characteristics:nBehaves ethically.nCommunicates effectively.nProfessional Appearance: Exhibits an appearance appropriate for a four diamond resort (Specific grooming standards are available for review).n*This position is a safety-sensitive position.
