We are looking for full-time team members for 2nd shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am) working the Front Desk.
The Front Desk worker
is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. You will serve as the main point of contact for all guests requests/needs and then pursuing the issue to a resolution. The agent must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and must be proactive in every area. Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor.
Duties:
Checking guests into and out of the hotel
Fulfilling their requests during their stay
Answering telephone inquiries
Making reservations
Breakfast attendant
Laundry attendant
Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities include:
Possesses knowledge of reservation and billing systems, maintains and controls room inventory and availability and possesses knowledge of hotel products, rates, special programs and emergency procedures.
Be knowledgeable in all hotel facilities and local area attractions.
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Follows and enforces company policies and procedures.
Complete laundry and cleaning functions as assigned.
Requirements:
Have FUN meeting people!
Computer proficiency.
Able to work independently, ability to prioritize and ability to Multi-Task.
Great customer service skills.
Able to demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to project a positive attitude.
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Hotel experience preferred but not required.
Background check and driver’s license required.
Salary: $15.00 hourly
