The candidate must thrive on being helpful, empathetic, and courteous throughout the entire guest experience. nExperience in hotel reservations is a must, IqWare software experience preferred, but not required. nGuest Services Supervisor Essential Functions: nCheck guests in and out and answer all their questions for information and assistance. nnCommunicate with other departments to fulfill our guest needs. nMonitor reservations made and house count as well as the status of our guests account. nUpdate information in the computer systems as needed (i.e., post charges). nReport all unsafe conditions immediately. nAct as Manager-On-Duty when assigned. nnAnswer all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts.
