is posting a great full-time position. This employee will be assigned to the Food Zoo with a full benefit package. During break periods they may be assigned work in other Campus Dining operations. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to interview for the position of Food Zoo
Culinary Associate I

This position supervises students as a lead employee. They will prepare food, cashier, and interact with guests in the Food Zoo. This is a union position and reports to the General Manager of Residential Dining.

Required Skills
Experience in food service.
Experience as a cashier.
Experience with effectively training employees new to the workforce.
Valid driver’s license and Safe Campus Driving training and certification within 30 days.
Outstanding guest service and the ability to train the staff to do the same.
ServSafe Management certification or the ability to obtain certification in six months.
Ability to lift materials from floor level to table height, which requires mobility and some physical demands, and work in an environment with noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
Knowledge in operating a POS system in a food service environment.
Experience with training and supervisory practices and procedures.
Knowledge and experience using numerous pieces of standard food service equipment.
Minimum Required Experience
High school graduation and one (1) year of related experience.
