DescriptionThe Gaming Operations Analyst provides analytic support and provide reports and analysis to support strategic change decisions. Analysis will include, but not limited to, all gaming operations. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesnPerform analyses of Gaming Operations in order to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions for decision-making purposesnIdentify and communicate patterns and relationships utilizing multiple data sources, and interpret analysis results and make recommendations to managementnRun and file various gaming reportsnAssist with the evaluation, analysis and investigate all cheating attempts and percentage malfunctions. nPerform analyses of revenue operations and marketing activities in order to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions for decision-making purposesnAssist in creation and/or maintenance of written documentation for the systems, processes and/or reports supportednEnsure accurate electronic slot files with Revenue Audit and AccountingnRequirementsKnowledge and CertificationRequired:nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experiencen2 years Gaming Operations experience/knowledgen2 years Gaming analytics experiencen2 years experience using Microsoft Access or Excel for reporting purposesnSkillsRequired:nMust have exceptional math skillsnAccurate and detail-orientednHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesnStrong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and Windows XP nStrong project management skillsnExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills nExcellent problem solving skillsnAbilitiesRequired:nAbility to work fast and efficientlynAbility to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygienenAbility to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous mannernAbility to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional mannernAbility to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner nAbility to complete multiple task under pressurenAbility to remain focused for extended periods of timenRequired TrainingnTreasure Island guest service training nGaming operations databases nAny position-related training as determined by Gaming Ops.
