This position will require two (2) years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage. Additionally, you must have Point of Sale experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:
Assist the Location Manager to oversee all phases of restaurant and building operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order
Provide support in all staffing/scheduling requirements for Haymaker; Assist the manager on employee or HR issues, for example attendance records, for front of house, Culinary, Cleaning staff
Create weekly labor/revenue forecasts. Manage all staff payroll procedures and Kronos timekeeping
Ensure accuracy of staff banks, audit all cashier open/close procedures, and money-handling procedures
Observe and report beverage levels and inform Manager regarding ordering priorities
Execute continued training of service standards for staff as directed by the manager
Assist with Inventory of all on-site products in an accurate and timely manner
Closely administer and monitor all theft prevention (shrinkage) procedures
Closely monitor guests dining experience and maintain a strong presence on the floor during shifts
Deliver daily shift meetings and strategies to provide communication and promote staff morale
Closely monitor opening and closing procedures for the facility
Participate in food safety audits weekly and ensure that temperature checks are completed daily
Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job:
Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Must have strong computer literacy including MS Office proficiency and POS system competency
Thorough understanding of quick service restaurant operations, wine and beverage service, fine dining service standards, with a thorough understanding of golf operations, helpful
Timekeeping competency, financial responsibility, a plus
Ability to problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers
Ability to be a consistent role model for companys Service Excellence standards
Physical Requirements:
Must be minimum 21 years of age
The position works indoors/outdoors with long periods of standing, walking, occasional climbing ladders
May be required to lift 35lbs. (cases of wine or beverage syrups), pushing/pulling heavy items on a cart
Must communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability standards
Miscellaneous information:
Will complete a Serve Safe Certification within 1 month and TIPS Certification within 1 week of hiring
This is a salary, exempt position and is not subject to overtime pay
Position requires working weekends and holidays as needed
