The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring friendly Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Fields of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will play an important role in the experience for our guest at American Family Fields of Phoenix.Responsibilities nGreet guests, communicate offerings and answers any guest questions in a friendly manner.nServe food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines.nServe alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.nRecord all waste.nParticipate in the set-up of the kiosk, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages.nPerform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.nRecord all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.nCollect the proper money for food and beverage items; processes credit cards or determines correct change for guests.nAccount for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.nPerform other duties as assigned.nPhysical Requirements nAbility to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions. nAbility to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.nAbility to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.nMay be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces. nAbility to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.nAbility to withstand variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on the season.nWho We Are At Delaware North, you’ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
