At Sunrise, our Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the dining operations in the community.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS**
**The Quadrangle,**
**Haverford, PA**
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing hands-on leadership in day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the dining services team
- Maintaining a resident focus business decorum at all times
- Managing dining flow and balances the serving responsibilities among dining staff
- Assisting the community by providing consistent and high quality service standards in all dining rooms
**Qualifications:**
- Two (2) years experience in fine dining or high volume food service preferably in assisted living, full service and/or hospitality industries
- Supervisory/management experience preferred which may include supervising and responsibility of shift/daily operations
- Maintains current Food Services Sanitation certificate
- High School diploma / GED accepted
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
