Profile

The F&B Director for the Americas is responsible for identifying and rolling out the required actions to ensure our Restaurants & Bars in the region operate at their full potential, providing an outstanding experience for our guests while delivering their financial targets. The role will also be responsible for the roll out across the region for any global F&B programs and initiatives.
The scope of the role includes the design and execution of new concepts in line with the positioning of each property, the development and roll out of action plans to maximize guest satisfaction and the financial return of each restaurant and bar in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s F&B manifesto is successfully brought to life at all our restaurants and bars in the Americas
- Provide and implement recommendations for enhancing the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and bars, as well as all other F&B departments (banquets, in-room dining, mini-bars, catering, etc.) in the Americas
- Monitor the divisional and product F&B performance (financial, guest satisfaction, OS&E, etc.) on an ongoing basis with follow ups with the teams as necessary.
- Collect, evaluate and communicate F&B best practices.
- Support the General Manager in assessing that their properties have the organizational structure, processes and tools to deliver the strategic priorities and targets from an F&B perspective.
- Lead the roll out in the region of any F&B related global programs, adapting them to the specifics of each property, in line with their positioning.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in senior positions within Restaurants or Bars / F&B operations
- Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Fluent Spanish and English languages
- Ability to travel extensively (~60-80% of the time) supporting current and potential new properties in the area
- US work authorization preferred
