Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one year related experience.
The ability to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions.
Candidates should be safety conscious and able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
The Dining Service Worker II is responsible for basic cooking, food prep, customer service, and cleaning.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food needed for upcoming meal periods.
Set up service lines.
Cook to order customer's choices per HACCP guidelines.
Serve customers.
Replenish service line when needed.
Break down and storing all foods.
Clean and sanitize equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
