The Hilton Orlando is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to join their team!

This 1424 room property is set over 26 acres and located near the major theme parks and International Drive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience and excellent organizational skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

This is a full-time position which requires availability to work varying shits across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


Supervise and support stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware for restaurant service and banquet events
Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings
Maintain and deliver proper serviceware inventory for food and beverage departments and banquet functions
Ensure all food and service equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified
Assign daily work, train, and monitor team members
