nnnnOverviewnnnnOpportunity:  Guest Service AgentnGreet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. nPotential Career PathnFront Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator – Front Office Manager or Sales ManagernPosition Requirements nnImmediately greet guest and offer to assist with their needs.nRegister and assign guests to hotel rooms.nEstablish method of payment and verify credit.nMake and confirm reservations.nCompute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.nTransmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.nRespond to guest requests in a timely manner.nReceive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary. nSecure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes, if not available in guest rooms.nPerform bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.nBe aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. nFollow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.nPractice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.nAssist in the breakfast area or assist guests with luggage when staffing assistance is required or during peak periods.nEnsure overall guest satisfaction.nPerform other duties as requested by management.nnExperiencennHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.nPrevious customer service experience or equivalent training required.nKnowledge of PMS systems preferred.nnWork Environment and ContextnnWork schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.nRequires standingfor extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25pounds, bending andreaching; stooping, kneeling, or crouching.nnWhat We BelievenPeople Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own ItnnnnnAbout Us nnnLive life uninterrupted at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
