JOB DESCRIPTION-SERVER Do you like a fast-paced environment! Do you like having cash at the end of your shift! If you are at least 19 years of age, then you should apply for the Server position! Your focus will be to make sure the Guests are happy and have everything they need during their visit. You will be part of a team with a common goal, BE GUEST OBSESSED! And don’t forget to have FUN! We want you to:
* Provide a FIESTA EXPERIENCE for our Guests!
* Serve our Guests quickly and efficiently.
* Serve alcohol responsibly.
* Be a Teamplayer
* Make our Guests say “WOW…That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience! Responsibilities will include:
* Greet Guests promptly once seated.
* Provide Fresh Chips and Sauce.
* Get drink orders and suggest a “Margarita Today?” to anyone over the age of 21.
* Card Guests under the age of 40.
* Deliver Guests’ food hot and fresh from the kitchen.

Requirements
Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard service and operational procedures, organizational ability; friendly, professional and Guest Obsessed demeanor toward guests. Must be at least 19 years old. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds. $2.13
Additional Info
Prior foodservice experience, especially serving, is helpful but not necessary.
TRAINING WILL TAKE 6-8 SHIFTS BEFORE SERVING TABLES INDEPENDENTLY. You will be paid $12.00/hr. for the first 40 hours.
