Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and operation of Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Information & Information & Telecommunications System
Implements the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring the process
Interacts with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction
Perform regular review of SOPs to ensure that all policies and audit are fully complied
Manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years hotel related experience in management position
Excellent leadership skill with strong communication ability
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
Strong analytical skills with good business sense
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Rooms
