A Delphi Sales Coordinator provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.
What will I be doing?
To support the Sales and Events departments by managing the Delphi FDC system and ensuring accuracy on room block and function/event/catering space as we all analyzing data.
Assigns Leads to appropriate Managers based on deployment
Enters approved guest room blocks/details/event schedules into Delphi for Sales and Event Managers
Releases space for turned down, lost or cancelled events on a timely basis and communicates the release of space to Sales and Events for peak season or critical need periods
Manages GRC and meeting room rental minimums during peak seasons
Manages and approves contractual wording for contract as related to function space holds and releases
Support analysis of guestroom and function space usage by providing information reports
