This role is a Logistic Supervisor
for Conference and Events.
Mainly night shift
or evening shifts, with occasional mornings on quite periods.
What will I be doing?
Oversee the cleaning of function rooms
Responsible for Conference and Banqueting equipment and stock take
Supervise Kitchen Porters and Back of house areas
Communicate and delegate in line with daily function sheets
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Plan, organise and control the daily operations
Ensure compliance of brand standards
Assist Conference and Events Manager with training and developing the team
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Be environmentally aware
What are we looking for?
Previous Conference and Banquet experience
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work on your own or in teams
