Our company seeks a Guest Experience Manager to assist in event coordination and ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience. In this role, you help to resolve any guest complaints or issues and ensure employees are professionally trained to provide customer service. You may also coordinate with the marketing event coordinator or upper management to work on grassroots marketing or outreach projects.Core Job ResponsibilitiesnAct as an ambassador for guests at our venuenHelp resolve any issues or complaintsnTrain employees in customer servicenEnforce employee practice and policiesnUse guest conflict resolution strategies per service trainingnProvide guidance and represent accessibility services to our guests. Analyze accommodation requests to meet guest needsnProvides service recovery for reservations related guest complaints and provides feedback, if necessary, to the guest and other departmentsnAssist with PR outreach or grassroots marketing projectsnComplete data entry tasks.nQualificationsnBachelor’s degree required in the related field, or equivalent experiencenA minimum of 1 year of related experience is required and 2 years of experience within a hotel/gaming property is preferred.nSufficient experience in a customer-facing rolenExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsn·Physical DemandsnWork is performed in a casino/hotel setting.nMust be tolerant of varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.nMay be exposed to smokenThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.nConstant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests.nProlonged sitting or standing and mobility.nBalancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionallynEye/hand coordination.nUse of standard office equipment.nAbility to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbolsnPalms, its affiliates and subsidiaries will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with applicable law.We are committed to making a work environment where the growth and well-being of our team members is the top priority.
