Our dynamic and community-centered organization is looking to add a talented, conscientious, and organized Event Coordinator to the team.
The primary role of this position is to provide extraordinary customer service and serve as point of **** commensurate with experience. Minimum Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years of experience working in a similar capacity
Flexibility to non-standard hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communications with a customer service orientation
Work independently with the ability to make sound decisions in the absence of a supervisor
Solid computer/database skills, willingness to adapt to new technologies (experience using Salesforce, is a plus)
Excellent organization and attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and track multiple work streams at once
Comfort using and discussing audiovisual equipment including microphones, projectors, speakers, etc. or willingness to learn
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works during business hours as well as nights and weekends. This position will onboard onsite and begin working fully onsite with some remote work possible. While performing regular duties, you will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
