OverviewThe Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of guest's rooms in an orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.Key Duties & Responsibilities nCarry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.nClean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.nEmpty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.nReplenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.nKeep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.nDust and polish furniture and equipment.nClean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers.nWash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.nHang draperies and dust window blinds.nObserve precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.nRemove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.nSort, count, and mark clean linens and store them in linen closets.nEducation and ExperiencenSome High School education preferred.nNo prior experience required. nCrestline Hotels & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, identity, or disability status.
