It's a place of outstanding rewards, where talent opens doors to exciting challenges in the hospitality industry.  The Kitchen Night Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen Areas assigned as well as the back of the house areas. This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position on the overnight shift.  Responsible for the daily detailed cleaning of hotels and/or restaurants, removing debris and keeping areas neat and tidy. Sweeps and mops floors, empties trash receptacles, cleans them out, and replace lining of trash cans. Responsibilities: • Sweep and mop floors.  Clean trash cans, emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning kitchens. • Perform such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. • Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. • Clean behind equipment and shelving moving items as needed. • Dust ceilings and scrub surfaces clean. • degrease hoods, equipment, and grill. • Move heavy equipment and scrub them clean. • Identify and report possible repairs. • May perform other duties requested by supervisor.
