FOOD SERVER ASSISTANT - OCEAN HOUSE

With energy, a friendly demeanor, and excellent foot speed, the Ocean House Food Server Assistant works with Servers to ensure guests' needs are met in a timely fashion. Ensures impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant, executes food and beverage service according to The Breakers standards, and adheres to food safety standards. Immediately following guests' departure, the Food Server Assistant clears tables and resets according to designated outlet standards. The Food Server Assistant sets up front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area). During services the assistant will support the Servers by running drinks, pouring waters, and running food, all while maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Overlooking our two southernmost pools, this restaurant mixes the charm of a Floridian cottage with the inherent cool of a modern beach house. Step onto the welcoming, wrap-around porch and explore the inspired daytime menu: colorful salads, baguette sandwiches, sliders topped with fresh crab and lobster, and our house specialty: key lime pie.
