Hiring Interior Designers that wants to be part of a Dallas based dynamic and creative interior design and architectural firm.
Requirements:
BA in Interior Design with experience in high end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
Experience in hospitality or commercial or tenant development projects.
Licensed a plus but no required.
REVIT & AutoCAD experience to create 3D models with lots of detail (space planning, floor elevations, etc.)
Experience drawing interior details and establish a set of working interior construction drawings.
Capable of working with team of design architects, project managers and communicate with the client to create accurate programming of the project.
Communicate with material vendors
Create presentations that include concepts, inspirations, renderings, materials, etc. and present them directly to the client.
Multi-tasker and good time management skills to work on multiple projects.
Qualifications
4yr degree in Interior Design
Proficient in AutoCAD &REVIT
Minimum 2 yrs of experience
Must be capable to meet with vendors to select materials, manage them, get quotes and schedule deliveries.
Salary & Perks:
Compensation starting at $75,000
Full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)
All projects are in DFW area.
