Scope of Work :
Managing Guest journey pre-arrival to post departure- Similar to the role of a Butler
* Ensure all guest requests are in place and do a villa check prior to arrival
* Receive guests upon arrival, introduce self and conduct a resort tour where approriate and complete check in.
* If guest stay is not pre-planned, discuss with guests and prepare an itinerary for guests and coordinate all experiences and activities.
* Meet guests morning and evening on a daily basis to follow up on arrangements, update of any changes and reconfirm all aspects of the guest activities for the day or following day.
* Monitor guests requests on the App and ensure proper and timely responses are snet and follow up on completion of requests or orders made on the App.
* Communicate complaints and service failures to immediate supervisor and complete service recovery records on a timely manner.
* Update guest profile in the FO system on guest preferences/Likes/Dislikes and any special incidents
* Strictly follow all Six Senses standards and procedures and abide by all company rules and regulations/Procedures.
Qualification :
* Minimum 1 year LUXURY experience of Similar or in a higher position.
* Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Proficient in Thai - Spoken and Written
