Major New Jersey law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm) for our New York Office located in Midtown at 1325 Avenue of Americas between (53rd & 54th Street). Job responsibilities include high volume phone contact, greeting clients and reserving conference rooms, conference room setups, and maintenance of kitchen pantries. Candidate must possess strong computer skills. Other duties include light typing, photocopying, filing, and special projects on an as-needed basis.
